Grounded over glib
A support answer is only useful if it’s true. We’d rather be quiet than confidently wrong, so the bot speaks only from your content.
About
We got tired of chatbots that answer everything and are right about half of it. So we built the opposite.
Most AI support bots are optimized to sound helpful. That’s a problem, because the moment a bot confidently invents a refund policy or a feature that doesn’t exist, it costs more trust than it ever saved in tickets. A wrong answer with a friendly tone is worse than no answer.
DocsBot takes the other side of that bet. It answers strictly from the content you give it, shows the source behind every reply, and is held to a measured faithfulness bar before it ever talks to a customer. When the answer isn’t in your material, it says so plainly and hands the conversation to a person — with a fallback so nothing slips through.
The result is a bot that deflects the repetitive questions your team answers all day, without the risk that it’ll go off-script. Boring, in the best possible way.
What we optimize for
A support answer is only useful if it’s true. We’d rather be quiet than confidently wrong, so the bot speaks only from your content.
“I don’t know, let me get a human” is the right answer more often than people admit. We made it a first-class behavior, not an edge case.
Quality you can’t see is quality you can’t trust. We score faithfulness against real questions and defend a high bar over time.
